We are expanding our business to the San Francisco area and are seeking an applicant with 4-6 years of experience in a product strategy or business development role. The ideal candidate has experience with both, at an agency or studio, with exposure to a wide-range of creative and technology projects.
The Role
The Manager of Strategy & New Business will report to the Director of Strategy, driving new business and managing projects through completion. This role is for immediate consideration, to be filled quickly, so please submit your application as soon as possible.



  • Generate outbound leads in the San Francisco area
  • Provide a consultative approach, creating solutions on the fly and demonstrating Big Human’s value as a partner
  • Manage design, development, strategy and branding engagements
  • Oversee scoping and estimation
  • Build proposals and case studies
  • Maintain client relationships and re-engagement


  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM and pipeline management software
  • Ability to digest and simply describe complex project requirements to a variety of groups (engineering, design, product management)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Comfortable driving meetings and impromptu working sessions
  • Extensive experience with google suite (drive, slides, docs, sheets), keynote/powerpoint
  • Basic familiarity with adobe suite (photoshop, indesign)
